ICONFIT OAT&WHEY Pro Gainer is our best mass gainer. We have combined three unique protein sources (whey protein, hydrolyzed collagen and oat flour) to create an enhanced amino acid profile, and added plenty of carbohydrates, creatine, vitamins and minerals.
Protein - Unique protein combination including oat flour produced in Estonia and classic whey protein concentrate. In addition, each serving also contains 10 g of hydrolyzed pure collagen, the benefits of which are scientifically proven. Collagen has an excellent amino acid profile that works perfectly with whey and oats.
Carbohydrates - The mixture contains carbohydrates and protein in a 2:1 ratio. Most of the carbohydrates come from maltodextrin, which is a fast-absorbing energy source, and a smaller amount from oat protein. The recommended 200 g dose contains approximately 760 kcal, but you can change the daily amount consumed according to your needs and goals. NB! Despite the high amount of carbohydrates, OAT&WHEY has a very low sugar content - only up to 4.5%!

Thanks to 5 g of micronized creatine per serving and a blend of 23 vitamins and minerals, covering 50% of the RDA, this is a truly premium product.
HOW TO USE: We recommend a 200 g dose, providing over 720 kcal. However, you are free to adjust the amount according to your needs and goals. Mix 200 g of the product with approximately 800 ml (0.8 L) of water (you can also adjust the amount of water to your taste). Consume immediately after training or within an hour.
